It’s been providing “stimulus packages” for men for 15 years already, particularly targeting the non-scene guys. Over the past couple of months a complete transformation has been happening - e.g. new large flat screen TV’s everywhere (with choices of the latest porn in different zones) and new computers currently being installed for the fastest internet access in Melbourne, new play areas etc.
It’s a lot bigger than it looks, (guess we all like to say that!). But you can cruise Ten Plus over three areas in 2 buildings - plus a large outdoor garden beat area in the middle- there is even a porn lounge in the gardens and yes you can have sex outdoors legally, or just chill-out (and smoke!), before exploring the purpose built two-storey separate building at the rear with more play areas.
It caters for every scene, particularly the non-scene “bi-guys” and tradesmen who need some male “company” on their way home (there are private shower facilities to wash away the sins too). And on weekend nights it picks up those who are out and about at the Commercial Road gay venues literally just across the street (Market, Heavens Door, Xchange, Priscillas).
